From the outside, it may have looked like we’ve been gliding along quietly — calm, composed, unhurried. But like a swan on the water, there’s been a lot going on beneath the surface.
With paid gigs few and far between, we made a conscious decision not to sit still. Instead, we channelled our energy into recording new material and getting out to play at selected no-fee events. These shows gave us something invaluable: honest, real-time audience reaction.
And the response? Honestly, it’s been incredibly encouraging.
Time and again, people have told us they were blown away by our repertoire — not just the songs themselves, but the range, the arrangements, and the way everything comes together live. Hearing that has made every rehearsal, every late-night recording session, and every unpaid set completely worth it.
We may look serene on the surface — but trust us, the feet are still paddling. And we’re only just getting started.
